If you’re living, working or studying in Brighton you could enter the second Create in Brighton competition. It’s an Instagram competition and all you have to do to enter is upload a photo to Instagram and tag it with #hiddendepthsbrighton and follow @createinbrighton on Instagram to be in with a chance of winning a £1000 cash.
I have been asked to judge the competition along with James Kendal, editor of Brighton Source Magazine. The theme of the competition is “Musical Hidden Depths of Brighton” and there is a top prize of £1000 cash. Work must be submitted by Friday the 16th of November.
Even if you don’t feel like entering you should come along to prize giving at Coalition because after some lucky person gets £1000 there will be a live performance from Simian Mobile Disco. Find out how to get a free ticket here.
Even though I am a little biased I can say it’s a great competition to enter as it’s free. It’s quite common for comps to ask for an entrance fee sometimes of £15+. Also the £1000 is in cash, other comps will often offer vouchers. So what are you waiting for? Get involved!
