Exhibition at the New Old Market Theatre
I have work on display at the recently re-opened Old Market Theatre in Hove. I was lucky enough to be asked by the new owners if I wanted to display some work while the Brighton festival was on. It is now a very impressive space that has been completely renovated. I was given a generous 20 meters of wall space to fill in two separate rooms. I think this is the most amount of work I’ve ever had on display in one place. I have 15 montage portraits in the Waterloo Room and then a small selection of my swimming photos in the foyer.
There are plenty of reasons to check out the new Old Market – STOMP and Spy Monkey are running workshops throughout the festival. There are also some performance / installation pieces in the basement (spooky!) For the lowdown on what’s going on there, check out their events page.
The work can be viewed every weekend on the following times:
Sat 7th – Sun 8th May – 10am to 5pm
Sat 14th – Sun 15th May – 12pm to 5pm
Sat 21st – Sun 22nd May – 10am to 5pm

As part of the Fringe Festival, Rockcakes, Partially Obscured and I will once again have an open house in Kemptown. I will have a large selection (some of the images are below) of 9” x 6” block mounted prints on sale for £15 each or 3 for £40. Rockcakes (my wife) and Partially Obscured (Su Wilson) will also be exhibiting. Rockcakes will show her jewelry and Partially Obscured AKA Sue Wilson will be displaying her glass.
Our open house will be every weekend in May from 11am to 6pm.
The show is at:
Flat 8, 72 St George’s Road (opposite the newsagent in the new looking building)
